She took part in an essay competition on the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and came out first, island wide. LQ received a well-deserved cash prize of $500 from the hands of the Minister of Education
V. StoryV. of Camp Fouquereaux lost his father when he was 5. Brought up by a mother with limited financial means, Sponsor A Child provided hardworking VP the financial assistance for his educational expenses during the crucial second year of his Cambridge Higher School Certificate. He passed this examination with flying colours and today VP is enrolled on the BSc Computer Science course at the University of Mauritius.
