14-year-old R. of Union Park has diabetes and requires injections twice a day. Her treatment and education costs are well beyond the meagre income of her poor parents. Sponsor A Child paid her tuition fees. She gained a place at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute secondary college. This needy child came out first in her recent exams
 Sponsor A Child is a non-profit, non-religious and non-political organisation. It is affiliated to the Mauritius Council of Social Service (MACOSS) and has been in existence as a registered body since 2005 (Regd. no 8952). |
